Industry Control – Off, Limited, Smart or Rare

Too many industries popping up everywhere? Industry Control lets you choose how new industries appear on your map.

6 modes

• Normal: the base game, nothing changes.
• Limited per type: a cap on new industries of each type, based on the map size. Optional cap per town area (1, 2 or 3).
• Smart: a new industry only appears once all industries of its type are served by your lines. The map grows with you.
• Rare: only 1 new industry out of 3 is kept.
• Very rare: only 1 new industry out of 10 is kept.
• Off: no new industries at all. Perfect for finished maps.

Good to know

• Your map stays yours: industries already on your map are never removed.
• How it works: when a new industry appears and your mode says no, it is removed right away with its road, for free.
• New and existing games: change the setting in the mod options, then load your save.
• Gameplay mod: it changes how your map grows, so it is not a cosmetic mod.
• 9 languages: English, Français, Deutsch, Español, Italiano, Русский, 日本語, 简体中文, 繁體中文.
