Beschreibung

Dutch railway light signals (NS lichtseinen) in the Signals tab: - High signal (AY and LED), optional speed indicator 3-16 - Dwarf signal - Distant signal (voorsein), AY and LED: on the track, automatic (with A.S.S) or the aspect you choose Manual (choose the proceed aspect), left or right of the track, P sign, and a 'drive on sight' option. Every signal gets a number of 3 digits, shown on its number plate: rename the signal to 3 or 4 digits for another number, or leave the name empty for a plate without a number. Automatic: with the mod "Automatic Signals System (A.S.S)" by TastyFlavour the signals can also work automatically. Without that mod, Signal control is greyed out and every signal is manual; a signal built as an automatic one shows only green or red then, as the game's own signal. PATCH NOTES The biggest update ever: NS signals that work automatically like real NS signals Made possible by TastyFlavour The automatic mode is now the separate mod "Automatic Signals System (A.S.S)" by TastyFlavour: subscribe to it and turn it on as well to use it. • The NS distant signal is now a real signal on the track: with A.S.S it shows what the next main signal shows (yellow or green; it has no speed indicator), otherwise the aspect you choose (green, yellow or off). Its LED lamps light up again, and left and right are the right way round. • Signals check by themselves whether the section ahead is clear and show it with green, yellow (with or without a speed restriction) or red. • A train only brakes once the driver sees the signal, so in poor visibility (rain) it may brake a little later. • You can set how fast a train goes at a yellow signal, handy for example when there is a train ahead. Trains really keep to it. • You can also set this for green and yellow, so the set speed applies at all times. • It also works at stations and switches, but there the signals adjust automatically to the lowest speed, whatever you chose. • Signals look up to 3 signals ahead and react to each other. When a signal is red, the signal before it gives a speed restriction, and the one before that announces it with a flashing number (if it has a speed indicator). • Signals now also turn red sooner, as soon as a small part of the train has passed a signal. • Signals stand exactly where you place them; at a red signal the trains stop 10 to 20 m before it (with A.S.S; without A.S.S 15 m). • Departure signals can flash green when the train has to leave at a different speed than the line speed. This speed applies until the next signal. In short Signal aspects • Green: track speed. • Flashing green: at most the number shown (40 km/h without a number). • Yellow with a flashing number: slow down to that number before the next signal. • Yellow: that speed must be reached before the train passes this signal. • Red: stop. • Flashing yellow: drive on sight, at most 40 km/h (only when forced on the signal). Good to know • Changed the track speed yourself? The signals take over the new speed automatically. • Speed restriction set to NONE: no number; at yellow the train slows down to 40 km/h. • Speed restriction activates with green and yellow: you always decide the speed of the section, whatever the track speed. • Speed restriction activates only with yellow: the number applies only at yellow; at green the train drives the track speed, and at stations and switches the number adjusts automatically. • Force aspect 'drive on sight': the signal flashes yellow instead of green or yellow, and trains pass it at most at 40 km/h.
