Enhanced Vehicle Store

Enhanced Vehicle Store v1.3 Picking a vehicle in the base game means clicking through them one at a time. Enhanced Vehicle Store replaces the depot's Buy window with a store made for comparing: every vehicle you can buy in one sortable table, the numbers that actually decide which one is better, and a train builder that shows how your train will perform before you pay for it. COMPARE EVERY VEHICLE AT ONCE - One table with every vehicle the depot can buy. Sort by year, capacity, speed, power, tractive effort, weight, price, upkeep or loading speed. - Numbers the base game doesn't show: price and upkeep per unit of cargo, acceleration, and how heavy a train each locomotive can pull up a hill. - Small bars under these numbers show the best and the worst at a glance. - Tabs for locomotives, wagons and multiple units. Filter by engine type and by cargo, show only what you can afford, or search by name or livery. EVERYTHING ABOUT A VEHICLE IN ONE CLICK Click any row to open its details: price and upkeep, the cargo it carries, top speed and power, acceleration loaded and empty, how much it can pull on gentle, medium and high slopes, comfort, noise, pollution, and the years it is sold. LIVERIES, VERSIONS AND PAINT Models with several liveries or versions take up one row, marked with an arrow; choose the one you want in the details. This includes multiple-unit versions added by other mods. Pick a paint color in the details, and that model comes in your color when you add or buy it. BUILD YOUR TRAIN AND SEE THE RESULT - Add locomotives and wagons and watch the totals change: price, upkeep, capacity, cost per cargo, length, top speed, weight, acceleration, time to top speed and spare pulling power. - Fill adds as many wagons as your locomotives can pull. - The train works like the game's own: hover a vehicle to turn it around or remove it, and drag it to move it. Wagons of the same kind stack, and the whole stack can be removed at once. - At road, water and air depots, buy a vehicle straight from its row. FITS INTO THE GAME - Acceleration and pulling power for trains and road vehicles use the game's own physics. - Replace and Modify in the vehicle manager open the Enhanced Store too: Replace builds the vehicle the old ones become, and Modify starts with the train's own cars, keeping the ones you don't change. The price takes off what the old vehicles are worth, like the game's. - The Classic store button opens the game's original store at any time, and an Enhanced Store button takes you back. - Your settings (slope for pulling, loaded or empty weights, liveries and versions grouped or listed, pictures on or off) are remembered between games. - Works alongside other interface mods (minimaps, top-bar buttons, calendars): the store only changes its own window. - Only the interface changes. Nothing is added to your save, so you can add or remove the mod at any time.
