Height Meter

The Height Meter mod is 100% inspired by General Tso's fantastic TF2 Height Meter mod. I created a TF3 version because I missed having that information, and frankly this should be a default game feature. It is really useful for planning, for avoiding unknown height differences when placing buildings, and for roughly routing roads and rails to avoid large changes in elevation. Displays the exact terrain height at the mouse pointer in the bottom game bar. The mod appears immediately to the left of Earnings, mod activation order and the order of other mods does not affect its position in the game bar. Construction tooltip: When you drag out a road or rail track, a Height line shows the start and end heights of the new segment, for example 5.2 m -> 6.7 m. It sits below Length, and the Reputation line, when it appears, comes after it, so Height is in the same place. Units follow your configured unit settings, so it shows metres or feet depending on whether you prefer metric or imperial.
