Vehicle Tooltips

When you replace or modify a train, the composition strip shows a row of tiny icons, and with a few similar coaches in there it's hard to tell which is which. This adds the vehicle's name as a tooltip, so you can just hover over a car to see what it is. - Train composition: hover any car to see its name. Multiple units list each part, e.g. "Front Car + Middle Car ×2". - Vehicles To Replace: the icons along the bottom of the window now show their names too (previously only repainted vehicles did). It doesn't change how anything works. Dragging, reversing and removing cars behave exactly as before. No game files are replaced, it can be added to or removed from an existing save, and it should sit happily alongside other UI mods.
